4. Strain the water
5. Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it

7. Drink 2 times a day for 1 week

Ginger can help increase appetite
1.Take 1 teaspoon garlic paste
2. Add ½ tsp of rock salt
3. Mix well
4. Consume the paste once everyday

After the juice diet the patient may adopt a all fruit diet for a further five days, taking three meals a day of juicy fruits, such as apples, pears, grapes, oranges, pineapple, peaches at five hourly intervals.
